Confidence that
carries over

The teen years are the perfect time to train. Our classes give 9–12 year-olds a genuine challenge that builds confidence, resilience and self-discipline — the kind that shows up in school, sport and how they carry themselves.

It's real Karate: practical self-defence, proper fitness and traditional technique, taught in a respectful dojo where effort is what counts. No egos, no cliques — just a strong community that pushes each other on.

For a lot of teens it becomes the best part of their week: something that's theirs, away from screens, where they can see themselves getting better.

“
Luke is great with my young bloke and kids in general. My young bloke can’t wait to go to class! For the adults, this is old school real Karate — not another ‘McDojo’.
